All through FITNESS & FUN!
Our mission is help build a foundation of fitness in children's lives. Our program is perfect for any child; any age; regardless ability or athletic experience.
All age groups are taught the same skills and do the same WODs but, like crossfit, we scale accordingly. 3yr olds will not be doing the same weight/reps as our teens; however, they will still be moving and having fun.

CrossFit Kids is the principal strength and conditioning program for many young athletes and the primary P.E. program for many home schools, charter schools. 16% of American children are obese. 55% do not meet the minimum requirement for physical activity. Obese or overweight children are more likely to become obese adults; resulting in numerous health & psychological issues.
We want to get kids on the right track, early. We want to show kids that fitness is FUN and should be a part of daily life. It is important to teach our kids how to be active in a world where it is so easy and convenient to be inactive.

Want to try CrossFit? Crossfit Strong offers a free introductory class every Saturday at 9:30 AM. The FREE introductory class consists of a detailed description about CrossFit.
Then there will be demonstrations of the exercises that the workout will consist of. A 15-minute warm-up will be next, followed by the Workout of the Day (WOD).
This will be scaled to the individuals fitness level. Feel free to just come observe or jump right in and get a great workout! Call to Confirm.
